Dr. Allen grew up on a farm in rural Oregon with his parents and four siblings. He served a two year mission for his church and gained a love of service. After returning home, he met his bride, Melissa and they were married in 1997. Dr. Allen attended Portland State University and graduated with his General Science degree before attending Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA.
